HIATUS SOUTH We recently engaged in a focused capital raise this past Spring to fund the aquiamion of our newest project the Hiatus South neighborhood, a 3- acre assemblage that is currently under contract and has been purchased as of this month. This will be our largest development to date and brings us back to our roots. This is a 40 unit cottage development project located a block away from our first development Hiatus Benham.These homes will be a combination of our cottage homes and our 2 and 3-bedroom models. This project is a few years out in terms of having homes ready for sale, although we are hoping to be able to fast-track the land use portion of city permitting. Entitlements are scheduled to begin January of 2023.
